What do you repair?

We repair most makes of domestic appliances, including: washers, dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers, ovens and hobs, fridges, freezers and vacuum cleaners.

 

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Great Yarmouth and for domestic appliance repair and equipment we go South as far as Kessingland, North as far as Potter Heigham and West as far as the East side of Norwich. For commercial appliance repair and equipment we cover a wider area; we travel as far South as Southwold, North as far as North Walsham and West as far as Hethersett, however this is negotiable depending on size of job, please contact us for more details or click here to see a map.

 

How much do you charge?

We operate a fixed fee service, major or large appliance repairs are quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information on the fixed fee of your appliance.

 

Do you have a call-out fee?

If after we have inspected your appliance and you do not want it repaired, or it is un-repairable, then there is an inspection charge of £20 (there may be an additional charge for built-in appliances). If you decide to go ahead with the repairs then no additional charge will be made for the call-out.

 

What guarantee do you give?

All appliance repairs (and parts fitted) carry a 6 month guarantee, or in the case of modules, PCB's and electronic components 3 month guarantee. However this guarantee only covers the work completed and cannot be extended to cover any other parts and components which do not come within the scope of the repair.

 

Do you repair commercial equipment?

Yes. We can repair small commercial washers, dryers, sluice washing machines, vacuum cleaners and soil extractors. We are Gas Safe registered for the repair and service of gas dryers, including LPG.

 

Do you charge VAT?

No. As we are not registered for VAT we do not charge it, so your final bill will be a little less expensive.
